Team Building for Companies
A few steps from Milan and Lake Como, the Jungle Raider Park organizes team building activities dedicated to companies, totally immersed in nature and specifically designed to foster team spirit.
What is Team Building? It literally means to “build a team”, because through engaging and fun challenges, cooperation and cohesion are stimulated, as well as mutual encouragement and also a healthy competition among colleagues, passing from being a set of individuals to feeling members of a strong and cohesive group.

TripAdvisor - August 2024
The adventure parks of Civenna, Albavilla and Margno offer specific activities for:

Tree Adventure Race
Available in all parks
Throw yourself into an exciting race between teams along the adventure park’s routes: a mix of competition, cooperation and adrenaline, for effectively creating a strong harmony.
Split into teams, the participants will first have to face two tracks located at between 8 and 15 meters high, while in the second part the best of each team will face each other in a more difficult challenge. The goal is not to be the fastest, but to face obstacles in the most effective way, demonstrating strength, agility and safety in movements: for this reason, collaboration and encouragement between teammates is essential to pass the test. This team building exercise gives the group enthusiasm, greater self-esteem and self-confidence, as well as a strong sense of belonging. -
Pure Orienteering
Orienteering is an unusual and unique activity: immersed in nature, without any technological assistance, and armed only with a compass and a map, the participants will be forced to use inventive and creativity, thinking outside the box. Indeed, in order to win the challenge, it will be necessary to find the fastest route between the roads and paths indicated by the topographic map, all the while considering the conditions of the terrain and the many obstacles. During the briefing, the main orientation techniques will be explained, after which the teams will proceed in complete autonomy, trying to reach the different checkpoints, marked on the ground by “lanterns”.
Orienteering is a much appreciated team building exercise. In fact, its marked difference from normal routine allows people to learn to work in groups, developing communication and relational skills, as well as experimenting and facing challenges in a positive and collaborative way.
The activity takes place in a wooded area, in a wonderful and evocative natural context, therefore we advise participants to choose appropriate sportswear for both seasons and altitude, and to wear sneakers with a well-sculpted sole.
-
Orienteering with exercises and tests
As for pure orienteering, participants will have to find the best way to reach the goal, while also having to overcome several fun and challenging skill tests.
The purpose of these exercises is to stimulate lateral thinking, the ability to communicate and collaborate between colleagues, for finding original solutions to seemingly insurmountable problems. A fun but formative activity, one which teaches a lot about a team’s potential.
-
Stop! Survival market
An original activity which combines orienteering with the overcoming of unusual and particular tests, for stimulating collaboration, communication and problem solving skills. Furthermore, the team challenge allows to develop a healthy spirit of competition, which translates into a vital and active attitude also in the professional field.
During the initial briefing we will be explained how to move safely in the mountains, then each team receives a survival kit and a map “ruined” by rain. Participants will find themselves immersed in an original narrative. In order to achieve victory they will have to face practical activities or solve problems, using the few tools available and counting on teamwork. And just when victory looks to be around the corner, new and unexpected challenges and surprises will arise, which will test both talent and team spirit.
Some of the proposed activities are:
- moving on unknown ground
- lighting a fire in any environmental condition
- purifying water
- building an emergency shelter
- reporting your position.
-
Archery
Available in Civenna and Albavilla
Experience the thrill of hitting the target! The oldest sport in the world is an excellent team building exercise: challenging each other in a real polygon is a way for colleagues to get to know each other without the rigidity of corporate relationships, improving interpersonal dynamics, and stimulating the desire for challenge.
After helping all participants in choosing their ideal bow and having them wear their protections, instructors from TAS, a specialized company, will give valuable advice and suggestions for becoming familiar with bow and arrows. After a few test shots, you will go move onto a more diffucult challenge with greater distances.

Archery Combat – Bow Tag
Available in Civenna and Albavilla
How could we bring back fighting spirit and determination to the office? Well, by simply turning into warriors for an afternoon! Everyone will feel like legendary heroes, while challenging colleagues in an authentic “Bow Tag” battlefield”.
Divided in two teams, you will fight in the woods trying to hit your opponents with special arrows, in order to earn points. In order to bring the team to victory, team members will have to break out of their usual mental patterns, getting rid of inhibitions and the burdens of normal routine. This activity offers moments of great fun in the open air, stimulating teamwork and communication.
Maximum safety is guaranteed throughout the activity, each player will receive a protective mask, and during the briefing, the archers of TAS, a company specialized in the sector, will explain how to move in the game and how to safely use the equipment. The supplied arrows are specific for this activity and totally harmless.

E-mountain bikes trekking
Available in Civenna
Even during the first rides in fresh air, within the splendid setting of Piano Rancio, a feeling of well-being will overwhelm you. As soon as you’ll become familiar with the vehicle, you will begin to relax, and savour the beauty of nature around you, eliminating the stress and mental cages associated with office life. When fatigue begins to creep in, the encouragement and union of the group will give the strength to reach the goal all together.
The ring route alternates quiet paved roads with dirt paths among the woods, and thanks to the e-bike even the less trained workers can face the mountainous territory.
We recommend wearing appropriate sportswear for the season and for an altitude of 1200 meters, as well as sunglasses and sneakers with a well-sculpted sole. You should also bring water and energy bars. In order to participate in this activity, you need to be able to safely drive a mountain bike on easy dirt and have a minimum of pedalling training.
-
Soft air
Available in Civenna and Albavilla
Are you a group of close and efficient colleagues, looking for a new way to challenge yourself and others? Soft Air is the solution. This is a fun and exciting game for improving group spirit, through support and mutual trust.
The “game of war” is inspired by the Miles systems used by armies during training and simulations of US Marine combat.
In an emergency situation like war, groups increase their need of closeness for better facing their own safety, while stimulating collaboration and effectively completing the mission. In addition, it contributes to develop and improve physical abilities, and greater cohesion and problem solving speed are enhanced.
